This could be interesting!
I hope to devote this blog to all things antique and creative, and keep everyone updated on the latest Artifax news.
Now that our first show at Marburger Farms is under our belt we can begin planning for the Fall Show. Having shown in Warrenton at the Hillcrest Inn for the past five years, the move to Marburger was a leap for us. Warrenton was great, but the show is so long, we needed a shorter venue. As many of my customers were Marburger dealers it was a great fit. Everyone was so nice and we had a great time. Made new friends, made some money, spent some money and came home completely beat! Can't wait til next time. Is everyone in this business as crazy as we are?
Also just finished up the Urban Market Houston. The location was new, it was on Mother's Day and it rained (alot) the night before. In spite of all of the above, Jane & Maura set up a beautiful show, really got the word out as the crowd was great despite the mud. We were very happy with the turnout. Unfortunately they have decided to stop doing the shows (at least for awhile) -Rest up ladies, you deserve a break!
Check out the latest Traditional Home The Red Rooster Antique Co. in New Braunfels Texas is featured in an article about antiquing in the Texas Hill Country. We have been in this antique coop for the past 3 years and love it! If you are ever in the area there is at least two days of antique shopping, great food and music.
